Purpose-built software for businesses that outgrew their tools.
I work with owners who have hit the ceiling of spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software, and need something built around how they actually work.

What I build
Disciplines
- 01
Custom operational software
Scheduling, quoting, dispatch, job tracking. The system your business runs on, built to match how the work actually happens.
Internal tools · dashboards · workflow apps
- 02
Integration and data plumbing
Getting your CRM, accounting package, field app and spreadsheets to agree on what's true, without anyone retyping it.
APIs · sync jobs · migrations · reporting
- 03
Web and conversion
Fast, static sites built to do one job: get the call, take the booking, close the quote.
Marketing sites · landing pages · local SEO
- 04
Measurement infrastructure
Clean tracking and honest attribution, so you know which work is paying for itself.
Analytics · conversion tracking · attribution

The problem
Most businesses don’t have a software problem. They have a seams problem.
The tools still work. What’s broken is the space between them: someone retyping job details into a third system, a spreadsheet that quietly became load-bearing, a quote that takes an afternoon because the information lives in four places.
Nothing failed. You outgrew it, and that doesn’t get fixed by buying another subscription.
How engagements run
Custom software has a reputation. Usually a deserved one.
Late, over budget, abandoned once the person who understood it left. Most of that risk is structural, so the structure is where I deal with it.
The full approachBackground
I came to this from the revenue side.
Alongside the build work I run paid acquisition on Google and Meta for ecommerce and service businesses, through an agency. None of it appears here as case studies. That performance data belongs to those clients, not to me.
What it means for you: I’ve spent years watching where money enters a business and where it leaks out on the way through. I ask what something is worth before I ask what it should be written in.
I’ve run the ad spend and built the thing it lands on. Those two jobs usually belong to people who never speak to each other.
Based in Sault Ste. Marie. Working across the Algoma District, Northern Ontario, and remotely across Canada.
Next step
Tell me what’s not working.
A short form: what you’re trying to fix, roughly when, and roughly what you’ve set aside for it. If I’m not the right person I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
